From facilities teams

When should we book?

Install calendars fill from October. Buildings that book by the end of September get first pick of install dates in the first weeks of November — and can reserve the same slot annually. Full timeline in our guide: when to book corporate Christmas theming in Brisbane.

Can you theme multiple buildings in a portfolio?

Yes — we run multi-building rollouts under a single point of contact, with consistent or per-building themes and separate invoicing per building if your accounts require it.

What about power and safety?

All lighting is low-voltage LED, installed and tagged safely, and trees are positioned and secured with foot traffic and egress in mind. WHS documentation and insurance certificates are available for your records. See also: a property manager’s guide to lobby Christmas installations.

Do you remove everything afterwards?

Yes. In January we pack down, remove and store the entire installation. Your dock and store rooms stay clear year-round.
