Here’s how the corporate Christmas calendar actually works in Brisbane, and when to move.
Most buildings and offices want their tree up in the first week of November — early enough to get a full season from the hire, late enough not to feel premature. That single week is the pinch point: install crews are a fixed resource, buildings require after-hours or scheduled access, and every client wants the same few days. Once those slots are allocated, installs push later into November whether anyone likes it or not.
A September booking isn’t paying earlier — it’s the same flat-rate hire, invoiced on the same schedule. What it buys is choice: the install date that suits your building, the theme you actually want rather than what’s left in the warehouse, and a calmer run-up for whoever in your office owns the job.
